I am planning on getting Fallout 3 GOTY tomorrow because from the videos i watch on youtube, it looks amazing. But i also was looking at New Vegas on youtube a little bit too, and i was wondering what the big difference is? The graphics are the same, and the environment is the same. The only thing i could think of is the new map, but since i have never even played a Fallout game it wouldnt matter to me, but there might be other things i am forgetting, so can someone give me a complete list of the changes from Fallout 3 GOTY to Fallout New Vegas? new guns,new enemies,the graphics are slightly better but not by much,there's a reputation system instead of the karma system, hardcore mode where you have to eat and drink regularly to survive,the companion wheel where you can give commands to your companions,the special attacks that you get to use in V.A.T.S.,you use the iron sights on the guns instead of the camera just zooming in,and you get to modify your guns such as putting scopes on and changing the size of the magazine.
yes most likely they will let you customize your character in some way i know for sure that they let you choose a background story for your character but that's about all i know about that.Fallout 3 GOTY Vs. Fallout New Vegas?
