Fallout new vegas world map question?

i found this note(in the game) that tells me where a snipers nest is, for ammo/parts and whatnot, the note says to go to coordinates 12, -22, the world map has no reference for coordinates, how do i know where to go?Fallout new vegas world map question?
The Sniper's nest indicated by De Leon, David is a location in the Mojave Wasteland. The Gobi Campaign scout rifle can be found there in a footlocker with a very hard lock (requires 100 lock picking). A Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap can be found on the Wooden bench.



The Sniper's nest is located on the southeast part of the world map. I'll tell you how to get there from a few of the closest places just because I don't know what you've discovered yet.

-It's just a few miles West of Cottonwood Cove.

-A few miles East of Searchlight North Gold Mine.

-A few miles directly South of Ranger Station Echo.

It appears to be made of three rusty galvanized metal sheets with two for the sides and one for the roof. Shows to have enough room for one person maybe two. There is also a small camouflaged net where a sniper could lay overlooking the Legion Settlement at Cottonwood Cove. It is possible to reach the shack without alerting the Legion.

In addition to the special sniper rifle here, which is well worth getting, there are .308 rounds and a bed at this location.
